Girls Valentine's Party!

Red Velvet cupcakes. So Good!
My friend had a valentines party and I took these to exchange with everybody. My friend gave me this recipe and everyone says how yummy they are. You can never go wrong with this recipe.

I had left over batter after I made my 24 cupcakes so I let Callie make these mini ones. Preston and Callie decorated these. So cute.

Callie and Paige got their ears pierced

Callie was so excited to go but then was nervous. But she did so good. She didn't even cry. She couldn't wait to go to school to show her friends.

You can't see her earrings in this picture very well.
Paige on the other hand cried. But once she got her sucker she was just fine. Now I have to clean 2 sets of ears 3 times a day for 2 months. Ahhhh! What was I thinking. We had a fun day. We went to In n out burger after and ate outside in the almost 80 degree weather. So nice and so yummy!

I loved her outfit and bow!

She was sad because she wanted me to hold her.

Paige's and Taylor's Party!

My friend Amy made Paige's cake. It was white cake with strawberry mousse. It was really yummy. It turned out really cute.
The side of the cake. So cute.
Deer in the headlight look. This is what she opened.
Her opening her presents.
We opened presents for Paige and Taylor's Birthday. Taylor's Birthday is today and he flew to Texas really early this morning. But I don't feel sorry for him; he gets to go to the Lakers and Mavericks game tonight in Dallas. Should be fun!

Family pictures.

My friend Melissa Durham took these pictures in Redlands. I am happy with how they turned out. You can check her out on facebook, MD Photography.

New Years Day- Bowling

Paige even had fun bowling.
Preston would get mad when he didn't knock any pins down. I thought it was cute.

Callie did a really good job bowling. I on the other hand am terrible. I think I bowled a score of 60!!

Clay, Preson, Callie and Madelyn before we started our game of bowling.

New Year's Eve!

Our friends gave us the idea to play Minute to win it games. It was so fun. I played the candy elevator using pencils and string you pull up over your ears. It was very difficult to get 3 m&ms in your mouth at the same time. I failed.
Callie playing one with vaseline and cotton balls. You couldn't use your hands only your nose.

My sister Heather was hilarious. You had to shake 8 ping pong balls out of a tissue box belted around your waste. Everyone wanted to play it.

My sister-in-law playing a game where you pick up paper bags all different sizes off the floor and put it on the table only using your teeth. She was the only one you could do it. She is very flexible.

My nephew Luke playing the minute to win game called hanky panky. You had to pull 160 tissues out in 1 minute. No one could do it. It looks easy but it wasn't.

Fun Christmas Activities

All the girls went to breakfast early Thursday morning and then to Hobby Lobby. Then the boys went shooting. What fun! Me, my sister Britney, Mom, and my sister Heather. My Grandma is taking the picture. Sorry Grandma we didn't get one of all of us.
All 14 grandkids. It is hard to corral such little ones for a picture.

Paige having fun with toys and cousins.

Baylee, Madelyn, and Callie making a ginger bread house together. Aunt Britney helped them put it together.

Christmas in Indiana!

Monday night we opened presents with everyone from Grandpa and Grandma Hammer. My mom made my sisters and sister-in-law matching black robes. They are so nice. I love it. I wear it everyday. Thanks Mom!
Callie opening their big gift from Grandpa and Grandma.

Sorry out of order. Everyone waiting to open presents. All the cousins had so much fun together.

Paige opened her present from her Great Grandma Finn. She got a little doll. It is so cute. She really likes it.

Paige eating an Ice cream cone early that day at McDonalds. She kept crying because she wanted to hold the cone. She didn't want me to hold it for her.

Christmas Day!

Christmas Day we woke up and opened presents early in the morning. Then we finished our last minute packing and flew out around noon to Indiana. We got there 9:00 p.m. eastern time. It was a long Christmas day.
The kids favorite present was a pillow pet.
