Our Ward Christmas Party.  

Callie asked for an ipad and Santa told her he doesn't make ipads at his workshop.  Thanks a lot Santa!

 Sunday night, before Christmas Eve we had Taylor's sister, Carrie, Chase, and good friends Harmony and Brock.  We played some minute to win it games and ate yummy food.

 Christmas Eve we had an early Christmas with Taylor's parents and his sister and their family.

 This is a letter Callie left to Santa with milk and cookies.  It was so sweet!  When Christmas morning came they received a letter back from Santa.  Not sure what happened to it.

 Taylor's family came to stay the night Sunday night and stayed thru Tuesday, Christmas day.

 Paige's favorite gift was a dress up box full of dresses and accessories.  Callie and Preston's favorite gift was an ipad.

 Preston's favorite gift was his Jake and the Neverland pirates boat that sings.  So fun!

 We gave Chase a framed Texas flag.  He has always wanted one.

 During the night Christmas Eve we had thunderstorms and rain.  Christmas morning it was cold enough and the rain turned into snow!  We got a white Christmas!

 As a family we received Six Flag Season passes and we went sledding while we were there.  Really cold that day.  We bundled up in hats, scarves, and gloves.

 Paige was really sad while at Six Flags because she wasn't tall enough to ride what Callie and Preston were going on.  Poor thing.  Even in the Looney Toons area she wasn't tall enough.

BNSF Christmas Party

Taylor was invited to the Mexican team of the railroad, Christmas party.  It was held at this place called Austin Ranch.  They had a professional roper and a dj that taught us 5 different line dances.  We ate a Texas meal with brisket, macaroni, rolls, ribs, corn on the cob, etc.  They also had crafts for the kids.  They each got their own cowboy hat to decorate.  We had so much fun.

 When the music started with the first dance, she was a little nervous. 

 She got more comfortable with the next dance.  She was so fun to watch. 

Christmas Festivities!

We were going to our stake Christmas program called "Sing Noel". 

Paige didn't cry about sitting on Santa's lap or the dog!  She's terrified of dogs!  Forgot to tell him what she wants for Christmas. 

 Preston didn't tell Santa what he wanted either. 

Callie told Santa she wanted an ipad for Christmas!  Santa told her he doesn't make that in his workshop. 

 Callie had her school Christmas performance.  It was about a Reindeer who saved Christmas.  Callie tried out for a speaking part but didn't get one.

When my parents came for Thanksgiving my dad brought his nice camera and took some family pictures. 

 

 I loved this one of Paige.  Her eyes are so blue!

 She was acting like a model after she warmed up to the idea of taking pictures.

Thanksgiving 2012

My Parents came down from Indiana late Sunday night before Thanksgiving.  My sister Britney and her family came Tuesday night.  We enjoyed hanging out and all the cousins play so well together.

Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, we met Chase and his friend, Our friends, Reina and Aaron, my parents, and Britney and Andy to go play Whirly ball. We had so much fun!

My mom, Britney and I cooked all morning.  Andy also deep fried a delicious turkey.

 We then headed to the Wallace's to see Taylor's family and have dessert.  The kids were able to score a ride on the 4 wheeler.  They had a blast playing with everyone.

 We took a hike to Eagle Mountain lake and it was just beautiful.  We had a lot of fun just walking around.

 We decided to do Christmas early so we didn't have to ship anything.  The kids loved it.
